Roger Williams

Roger, our Director and senior valuer, was a foundation member of the Institute of Plant and Machinery Valuers (IPMV) and is a senior registered member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) - refer news. Roger has been involved in the heavy machinery and equipment industry throughout his working life and has been valuing plant, machinery and chattels full-time since 1986.Prior to this Roger was employed by Gough, Gough & Hamer Ltd for 22 years and was involved in many large engineering projects including the Manapouri Power Station and Hydrolakes development throughout South Canterbury and Otago. |

Brett Williams

Brett joined the company as a valuer in 1997, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration and is a Full Registered member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ). Brett's background, prior to valuing, saw many years in the retail and hospitality trade and also some time in the fuel and tyre manufacturing industries. Brett also worked in the building trade and ski industry while living in the UK and Canada. Over the last ten years Brett has gained extensive experience in valuing all facets of plant and machinery. This includes areas such as engineering, woodworking, hospitality, abattoirs, timber processing, printing, refrigeration, food processing. laboratories, cable manufacturing and school assets. |
