Brett Williams
|
Brett, a company shareholder and director, joined the company as a valuer in 1997, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration, is a Registered Plant and Machinery Valuer and also a Full member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ - Refer news section). Brett's background, prior to valuing, saw many years in the retail and hospitality trade and also some time in the fuel and tyre manufacturing industries. Brett also worked in the building trade and ski industry while living in the UK and Canada. Over the last fourteen years Brett has gained extensive experience in valuing all facets of plant and machinery. This includes areas such as engineering, woodworking, hospitality, abattoirs, timber processing, printing, refrigeration, food processing, laboratories, cable manufacturing and school assets. Brett now handles all our larger clients work. |

Roger Williams - Retired
|
Roger, a company shareholder, was a foundation member of the Institute of Plant and Machinery Valuers (IPMV) and untill his retirement in 2010 was a Senior Member of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ - refer news section). Roger has been involved in the heavy machinery and equipment industry throughout his working life and has been valuing plant, machinery and chattels full-time since 1986. Prior to this Roger was employed by Gough, Gough & Hamer Ltd for 22 years and was involved in many large engineering projects including the Manapouri Power Station and Hydrolakes development throughout South Canterbury and Otago. Roger has, in recent years, handed over the responsibility of our larger clients work to Brett and in September 2010 made the decision to retire from active valuation work. Roger is still a company shareholder and continues to share with us his wealth of knowledge. |
